We need policy shift in war on terror, graft

The most worrying social problem in Kenya at the moment is terrorism. The Government is allocating a huge chunk of its budget towards the fight against this vice considered a threat to human existence.

But countries are beginning to learn that war on terrorism cannot be won through military action, but through deradicalising indoctrinated youths. Bit by bit, this change in approach is proving effective.
