New campaign to stop FGM

The Guardian's global media campaign to end Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) is running a road show to end the vice in West Pokot county.

In a statement sent to newsrooms, the organisation, in collaboration with Kepsteno Rotwo (Let's abandon the knife) said a poster from anti-FGM art chosen from 300 entries from three girls' schools will be erected in major markets in the region.
