Gatundu South Member of Parliament Moses Kuria has responded after he was ordered by the court on Wednesday 20 November to pay Sh 6.5million to Narc Kenya leader Martha Karua over International Criminal Court (ICC) defamation remarks.
The High Court judge Joseph Sergon ordered Mr Kuria to pay the cost of the case saying that the lawmaker's comments were malicious and meant to injure Martha Karua’s good reputation.
