Parties asked to seek amicable solution to end suit

Over 52,000 retired teachers and the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) have been asked to seek an amicable solution and end a suit over pension and salary arrears.

Nakuru High Court judge Janet Mulwa Tuesday asked the parties - TSC, the retirees, the Attorney General and the Director of Pensions to resolve the matter, failure to which the court would determine it.
