Authority has new chairman. Kenya Civil Aviation Authority has appointed Joseph Nkadayo the new chairman to take over from Samuel Poghisio, who has served for two years.

The appointment was announced on Thursday by Transport Cabinet Secretary James Macharia.

A civil engineer, Nkadayo served as the director-general of the Kenya Urban Roads Authority between 2008 and 2014.
