Human resource firm launches with an eye on SMEs

Rise and Learn Limited, one of Kenya’s growing human resource and leadership consulting firm, has launched its operations in Kenya.

The firm is a one stop shop for human resource related organisational needs and individuals’ personal growth designed to impact lives and multiplying impact by delivering quality, practical, relevant and agile learning programs.

Rise and Learn inspiration is driven by the purpose to create jobs for the youth in Kenya by developing and creating entrepreneurial mindsets.

Speaking during the launch, Emily Kamunde-Osoro-Director Rise and Learn said: “The unemployment levels in my country keeps me awake at night, the possibility of creating one extra job tomorrow wakes me up in the morning. We must harness the creativity, dynamism and energy of the youth to create job opportunities and build their capacity to do so. The firm aspires to be a contributor to this agenda through various human resource development and outsourcing services.

The Chief Guest, Ms. Wangechi Muriuki, Country Director Invest in Africa-Kenya said Small and  Medium-size  Enterprises  (SMEs)  make  an  essential  contribution  to  the  Kenya economy.
