Police have launched an investigation into a hit-and-run incident that claimed the life of an elderly foreign national at Adams Arcade along Ngong Road on Thursday.
According to witnesses and authorities, the victim was using a zebra crossing when he was struck by a motorist in a presidential convoy who failed to stop after the incident.
