An increase in awareness has led to a surge in consultations for sexual health among Kenyan men aged 40 to 69, according to a recent analysis by AAR Hospital.

Urologists at the facility report that a significant number of middle-aged men are seeking treatment for erectile dysfunction (ED). They attribute this rise to factors such as sedentary lifestyles, poor dietary habits, and societal pressures that impact mental health.
