CS Machogu says barely half of 2022 KCSE candidates to pursue degree courses in public universities

Barely half of the candidates who sat for the 2022 KCSE examination will pursue degree courses in universities, Education CS Ezekiel Machogu says.

CS Machogu says Some 140,107 students who sat the 2022 KCSE examinations have been placed to pursue degree courses. Out of this, 130,485 will be admitted to public universities and the other 9622 will attend private institutions.
