Shepherd Mburu, a business development manager at Kenya Institute of Professionals Studies, says students are not equipped with skills in course selection early enough. “Not all students are able to choose career paths even after completing secondary education due to lack of information and proper guidance while still at their formative education levels. Because of this, the students keep hopping from one course to another trying to find their career paths,” says Mburu. The event will be live on KTN News.
