Deputy President William Ruto has taken a dig at the National Super Alliance (NASA) leader, Raila Odinga, for chaos that marred Nairobi on Friday (17/11/17) during his return from the US.
DP Ruto said that Raila was responsible for chaos, destruction, bloodshed and death witnessed in the city.
