Kenyans on social media bash Governor Sonko for claiming the County is broke

Nairobi residents now question what happened to all the millions of shillings their Governor Sonko claimed to be collecting after he got into office.

This comes after the Governor wrote to the National treasury asking for Sh 3.3 billion to pay salaries. Sonko claimed that the county is broke hence the need to borrow County workers who have gone unpaid and are now threatening to down their tools.
