NAIROBI, KENYA: The government has gazetted October 26 as a public holiday to allow Kenyans participate in repeat presidential poll.
Acting Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiangi notified the public of the holiday to allow fresh election which Raila Odinga, a key challenger of President Uhuru Kenyatta says he will boycott.
