The High Court in Meru Thursday temporarily stopped the Government from using Sh1.2 allocated to miraa farming in the budget.
In his ruling, Justice Alfred Mabeya faulted the Government for trying to reform the sector without involving all stakeholders, including the county government, which is in charge of agriculture.
