Opposition leader Raila Odinga has revealed the location where the formula used to generate the August 8 General Election results was made.

Speaking after a meeting with ACK bishops in Nairobi on Friday, Raila claimed that the cartels used to rig the election put an equipment at the military centre in Karen.

"The cartels involved in rigging polls put an equipment at the military installation in Karen meant for conducting border surveillance. The data was not coming from any polling station. This was a fraud of the highest order,” said Raila Odinga.

The National Super Alliance presidential candidate pointed out he is ready for dialogue with the Jubilee Party on the repeat presidential election if they stop plans to amend electoral laws.

“There is no need to change the goal post when the Supreme Court has already implicated the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission. What is being brought back is a manual system of voting of the pre-1997 era,” noted the former Prime Minister.

The ACK church led by Archbishop Jackson ole Sapit, asked the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) to sort out its issues and also fire officials involved in bungling the August showdown.

“We ask NASA to disengage from calls for street protests and that Jubilee relaxes its hard line stance and embrace dialogue,” he said.
