Woman Representative Wanjiku Muhia has said she will go to court to challenge Jubilee Party's decision to hand her rival the nomination certificate.
She said the decision to hand Faith Wairimu the certificate was meant to end her political career and wants the court's decision that Jubilee should hold fresh nominations upheld.
"I do not know why the party handed my rival the certificate," Ms Muhia said.
The Court of Appeal ordered fresh nominations last week but the party decided to conduct interviews during which Ms Wairimu was awarded the certificate.
