Mombasa Governor Hassan Ali Joho will start defending himself against claims that he forged 1992 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Examination KCSE examination result slip with a Grade C+ on June 30.

The governor will defend himself through sworn affidavit after Justice Erick Ogola ordered the parties must give their evidence from June 30 after he rejected lawyer James Orengo application who wanted the case to be heard from July 24.
