It was a bag of mixed results for Zetech University in the Universities and Colleges Football League (UCFL) over the weekend. In their opening match at the National Youth Service, Zetech defeated United States International University-Africa 4-1.
Nyota Nyotress opened the scores in the first minute, with Macbeda Duncan adding a second in the 17th minute, before Agustus Mukaisi scored a brace in the 31st and 33rd minutes. Raphael Okumu pulled one back for USIU.
After that comfortable win, Zetech failed to tame National Youth Service Engineering, losing 3-2 in their second match of the weekend.
Medad Otieno scored a brace before Joash Momanyi added the third for the hosts, while Davis Kwena and Godfrey Otieno scored for Zetech.
