The High Court yesterday ordered the attempted murder case facing the widow of former powerful Cabinet minister Mbiyu Koinange and five others to proceed.
This was after it dismissed an application Ednah Wanjiru Mbiyu and her co-accused had filed seeking dismissal of the case pending in a lower court.
