A 29-year-old Administration Police officer attached to Criminal Investigation Department (CID) in Kayole shot himself dead at Nyayo Estate on Monday evening in what turns out to be a love triangle.
According to police reports, the officer quarreled with his girlfriend before threatening to shoot her and her children.
