Drunk man arrested after he went on patrol in city centre in friend’s police constable uniform

Durham, UK: A drunk went “on patrol” in his friend’s special constable uniform then told a taxi driver: “Take me home, I’m the law,” a court heard.

Samuel John Houlihan, 20, high on both drink and drugs, donned the uniform before ‘going on patrol’ in a town centre.
