NAIROBI, KENYA: Homa Bay Senator Otieno Kajwang' has proposed that political parties be mandated with the selection of electoral commissioners.
Noting that it is a natural phenomenon for a human being to be partisan, the senator said claims of bribery and manipulation by the commissioners would be a thing of the past if they are chosen by political parties.
