Garissa county governor Nathif Jama on Thursday revealed that revenue collection in his administration has improved from Sh2 million to Sh11 million in a less than two months following strict measures within the period.
In a press statement, the governor said the upsurge in revenue collection, was made possible after his government sealed off all loopholes that was responsible for diversion of revenue during and after collections.
