Judiciary Chief Registrar Anne Amadi wants a case filed by 11 employees in the Industrial Court struck out, saying they have no case against her.
Ms Amadi, replying to the case in which the 11 opposed her decision to issue them with termination letters in May this year, defended her actions, saying the decision was made by the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) and that she is just a secretary who implements decisions made by the commission.
