State asked to tackle rising insecurity

Kisumu, Kenya: Nyanza leaders want the National Government to tackle rising insecurity in the country or transfer the security docket to county governments. The leaders were speaking at New Nyanza Provincial Hospital mortuary grounds in Kisumu County during a requiem mass for the victims of Nyakach-Kericho border clashes.
