Esther Kagwiria Letangule meant everything to Independent Electoral Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Commissioner Thomas Letangule. “She was an amazing, extraordinary woman who was warm and welcoming to everyone. I miss her.” The memories of their years together provide both pain of his loss and warmth.
