Sex workers demo over their rights

Commercial sex workers today marched in the streets of Nairobi in what they termed as a necessary move in highlighting their plight. The sex workers complained about constant harassment by council Askaris, police and violation of their rights while at work. They called on the government to legalize their trade to ensure their human rights are not violated as is the case now. The committee is yet to table its report.
