A Kakamega man fined Sh2 million for ‘spoiling’ khaki trousers

A Kakamega man will have to part with Sh2 million if found guilty of damaging khaki trousers valued at Sh5,000.

 Stephen Mbacha was also charged with stealing a HTC mobile phone, a brown jacket, ATM card, a laptop, a wallet and Sh2,500 belonging to Wesley Ng’etich, all valued at Sh66,500.

He committed the offence on June 18.

According to police records, Mbacha was also arrested with bhang worth Sh20. His case will be heard on July 27.
