Assistant chief defiles his 13-year-old niece

Susan Nanzala Shikuku a guardian to a thirteen years old girl who has alleged that on November 12th, 2014, area sub-chief Danniel Simiyu of Musingu Sub-location, Malava Constituency, Kakamega County defiled her in their house. An assistant chief who allegedly defiled his 13-year-old niece is a free man despite medical reports indicating the girl was abused.

This is in addition to the fact that the girl’s aunt had reported the matter at Malava Police Station.
