Mandera Governor Ali Roba assures staff who fled region of security

Governor Ali Roba has vowed to ensure the security of all the returning public servants who fled the county following terror attacks in Mandera County last year.

The county boss said administration has already put in place measures to secure the county.

He revealed that only health workers operating within Wajir town and some parts of Wajir South left their stations, adding that over half of those officials had resumed duty.

Mr Roba spoke when he met Principal Secretary for Health Khadija Kassachoon, Teachers Service Commission Secretary Gabriel Lengeiboni and Regional coordinator Earnest Mwinyi.
