Mike Tyson set to visit Kenya

Former World Heavyweight Champion Mike Tyson is set to visit Kenya in November, 2016.

According to Kenya’s Ministry of Sports, Tyson is set to visit Kenya, alongside another former American professional boxer Michael Moorer and most famous world basketball player Magic Johnson.

“Former World champs Mike Tyson and Michael Moorer and basketballer Magic Johnson come to Kenya in November 2016 for Major Boxing Bout at Kasarani,” the Ministry said on its official Twitter page.

Born in America in 1966, Tyson became the youngest World Heavyweight Champion aged 20 in 1985. He simultaneously held World Boxing Association, World Boxing Council and International Boxing Federation titles. He won the first 12 fights in first round knockout.

Meanwhile, Michael Moorer is also an American former professional boxer born in 1967. He is among one of four boxers to win four World Heavyweight Championship tittles separately.

On the other hand, Magic Johnson was born in America in 1959. He is the most famous world basket ball. He played for Lakers for 13 consecutive seasons and was the most valuable NBA player.
