Helb loans must be paid in good faith

More than 400,000 students have so far benefited from the Higher Education Loans Board (Helb) disbursements since its establishment in 1995.

Unfortunately, a number of people have defaulted on the loans. This makes it difficult for the institution to keep afloat, denying other students the chance to further their education through Helb funding.
