Sh58m to boost seven tourism sites in Kisumu

Kisumu; Kenya: Seven tourism sites in Kisumu County will receive a total of Sh58 million in a proposal that seeks to revive their allure.

The money will mostly be spent on mapping, fencing, renovating and marketing the sites in each of the seven sub-counties.

Luanda Magere, Nyandiwa Beach Bird Sanctuary, Abindu, Koguta Forest, Kit Mikai, Ndere Island and Impala Park in Kisumu Central will be revived with money allocated to renovating roads leading to each site.
