Kenyans come out to wish, Martha Karua 'Iron Lady', a happy birthday

Kenyan today did not fall short in wishing a great role model and icon, Martha Karua a.k.a Iron lady, a happy birthday.

As she turns (as a lady never tells), Kenyans have sent the 2013 presidential candidate birthday wishes on social media expressing their admiration and love towards her. Martha who is a lawyer by profession, has been in politics from 1990, has touched many women’s heart by proving anything is possible and that you should always chase your dream.

Karua spearheaded women’s rights for a long time through various organizations including International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA-Kenya) and League of Kenya Women Voters. She has always kept the fire of her dream burning and has been awarded a number of times for her passion and hard work.
