In the spirit of hacking, which has been rife on social media platforms to the extent that top government accounts were recently hacked by an “Anonymous” group, singer Kenzo’s account is now under siege.
The hacking group which took over the deputy president’s account was quite unapologetic in its activity and even went ahead to threaten that they could do worse.
In the showbiz scene Sauti Sol’s facebook account was also hacked and random messages posted on their social media pages. Contingency measures to arrest the situation were taken as fans were notified to ignore the page’s posts up until they got the profiles back.
Now, in a rather uncertain twist of events, musician Kenzo’s account has been hacked and suspended. Unfortunately, his pages were even brought down such that he cannot retrieve them. A disgruntled Kenzo promised that he would follow up and reclaim them, but in the meantime he has opened new accounts on facebook and twitter. Under the name Kenzo Matata B.
Other celebrities need to be on the look out lest their pages get hacked too.
