Opposition leader Raila Odinga has accused two parliamentary watchdogs: the Public Accounts Committee and Public Investments Committee, of laxity in fighting graft.

Raila said this while speaking at the 2nd annual general meeting and conference of the African Organisation of Public Accounts Committees (AFROPAC) which is taking place at Safari Park Hotel from 29th August – 2nd September 2016.
