Kabete Ferdinand MP Waititu wants poll dispute case reviewed

Kabete MP Ferdinand Waititu wants a review of the Supreme Court ruling that handed Evans Kidero the Nairobi gubernatorial seat arguing that he is the rightful owner of the seat.

Mr Waititu said he will move back to the Supreme Court to have the case looked at afresh, a day after allegations emerged that Justice Philip Tunoi had received a bribe of Sh200 million to rule in Kidero's favour.
