Ngikor refutes allegations of buying illegal firearms

A legislator from the North Rift has denied allegations levelled against him by his critics that he is using the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) to purchase illegal firearms from neighbouring countries.

Nicolas Ngikor, the Turkana East MP said the utterances are 'lies' orchestrated to tarnish his name.
