NAYERI COUNTY: Police impostor Joshua Waiganjo was Wednesday found guilty of five counts of impersonation and fraud by a Nyeri court.
However, despite the court establishing his guilt, Waiganjo could not be convicted after he denied any previous criminal records. The prosecutor, Inspector Stanselous Mwangi told the court that Waiganjo had two previous criminal records.
