English Premier League (EPL) resumes this weekend after a week-long break of Fifa international matches.

The EPL fixture is packed with nine crunch ties. But arguably the most anticipated is the renewed rivalry between Manchester United against hosts Arsenal at Emirates this Saturday.

Arsenal are hopeful to overturn the 1-0 win by United last season after a Robin Van Persie strike.

Even though the action is far away in the United Kingdom Kenyans will not be left out as Manchester United shirt sponsors Chevrolet will give local fans a treat during the live screening of the match in Nairobi.

Popular radio host Maina Kageni, who will oversee the event says the lucky fans will not only enjoy watching the fierce rivalry, but will get an opportunity to participate in trivia that will see them take home fabulous prizes.

"We are grateful to Chevrolet which is a subsidiary of local auto firm General Motors East Africa (GMEA) for bringing the action home.  Manchester United fans should not miss the occasion," said Kageni who hosted a similar event during the Manchester derby, which City won 1-0 a fortnight ago.

Kageni added: "Chevrolet is  eager to create memorable experience for a huge base of local football fans through activations to bring the game closer to them."

Geoffrey Mulandi, General Manager, Sales and Marketing at GMEA has informed that the competitive football activations, currently in Nairobi and Mombasa, will be spread to other counties soon.
