Nairobi: A section of civil servants has claimed staff under the Ministry of Devolution were being favoured.

Union of Kenya Civil Servants Secretary General Tom Odege said former local government workers retained in the new dispensation earned less than their Ministry of Devolution counterparts, yet they were performing the same duties.
