NAIROBI, KENYA: Ministry of Defence on Tuesday announced Colonel David Obonyo as the new spokesman for the Kenya Defence Forces replacing Colonel Willy Wesonga.
In a communication, the ministry said Wesonga has been deployed to serve in a different capacity within the Kenya Defence Forces.
