Embattled Machakos Deputy Governor Bernard Kiala, whose stay in office hangs in the balance after the County Assembly passed a Motion to impeach him on grounds of alleged abuse of office and integrity issues, now says he will soon “spill the beans” on what he terms as deep-rooted rot in Governor Alfred Mutua’s administration.
Reacting to reports that a section of lobby groups and local politicians have kicked off a debate about his possible replacement, Kiala said those behind the calls for his replacement are out of touch with the provisions of the Constitution.
