Trump plans foreign policy speech as part of image makeover

US: White House hopeful Donald Trump will give a foreign policy speech in Washington next week in an effort to project a more serious image as the Republican front-runner increasingly shifts his focus to the general election in November, his aides said.

Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus told a gathering in Florida on Friday that the party was prepared for numerous scenarios, including a contested convention in July if no Republican has earned the 1,237 delegates needed to secure the nomination for the Nov. 8 presidential election.
