Contemplating cheating on wife

I am a middle-aged man with three wonderful children and a beautiful wife. We have been married for 19 years. I had never thought of cheating on my wife until I met this married woman at my university. She is very nice, beautiful and interesting company — an exemplification of my ideal woman. She demands nothing from me except my company and she loves me very much.

However, we have not had sex and I keep telling her that I am not ready, especially because of my values. I know I am doing the wrong thing, but we are truly in love with each other. Please advise me on what I can do to manage this situation. I still love my wife, but I also love this woman.
