Israel’s Agriculture

 Israel has one of the world’s most celebrated agricultural sectors, which is no mean feat considering that most of the country is desert land. And the country has built its agriculture around collective communities, called Kibuttz, that enable otherwise small scale farmers to afford expensive technology and equipment to carry on with their trade.
