The Judicial Service Commission has settled for two nominees from outside the judiciary for the positions of chief justice and deputy chief justice, in an attempt to inject new blood into the institution. Dr Willy Munyoki Mutunga is the nominee for the post of chief justice while Nancy Makokha Baraza is the nominee for deputy chief justice. KTN’s Ansoy Mwendia reports.
