Ocampo releases evidence

A day after he lost another attempt to delay disclosure of evidence to the six Kenyans he wants tried for crimes against humanity, International Criminal Court prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo has released unedited incriminating evidence for disclosure to three of the “Ocampo six”.  The prosecutor has released for disclosure to the defence, part of the evidence he intends to use against William Ruto, Henry Kosgey and Joshua  Sang at the confirmation of charges hearings in September. The evidence collected includes public documents, newspaper cuttings and video clips. He is however, expected to edit out the identities of victims who are among 20 prosecution witnesses.
