Trimming the cabinet

The admission by the government that it cannot raise funds to resettle idps is raising the concern that there is need to trim the cabinet to cut down on expenditure. There is growing consensus that the some of the ministries should be scrapped or marged to reduce expenditure and re-allocate resources. Ktn's noah otieno reports on the unnecessary cabinet burden.
