Youngest MP shocks residents after is accused of manhandling resident in public

John Paul Mwirigi, Kenya’s youngest Member of Parliament (MP) has been accused of assaulting a man who led in a demonstration over the poor state of a key road in his constituency, Igembe South.

According to Citizen Digital, the victim, John Gikunda aka Wanugu, said that the MP attempted to throttle his neck but he let go after the local residents intervened.
